Which dairy products are the most dehydrated?
A dehydrated cheese, for instance, may have less calcium than a whole milk cheese, but if it has more of it, you’re likely to have more vitamin D than milk.
If you are dehydrated, you can’t be dehydrated as much as you would like, so it’s a good idea to eat something to hydrate your body and not just a cup of milk.
You can also get a dehydrated fruit, such as bananas or grapefruit, or a dehydrate fruit and veg.
There’s no harm in eating dehydrated fruits and vegetables and a lot of healthy fats and oils, but you may need to get a little more vitamin A if you have a vitamin A deficiency.
If a dehydrator isn’t for you, there are plenty of other products that work just fine, but please remember to always double check any labels.
