‘Dairy, sugar, and gluten’ is the main culprit for rising rates of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, stroke

As the number of Americans eating a diet low in dairy products, grains and sugar continues to climb, some health experts say the main factor behind the rise in obesity and other chronic diseases is a lack of proper dietary guidelines.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has published its most comprehensive report on the link between diets low in carbohydrates and obesity, called the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, or DGA.

The report says that for every 10% increase in the percentage of calories from fat, there is a 30% increase of obesity.

According to the DGA, the guidelines say that the recommended daily amount of carbohydrates should be no more than 2% of the calories from protein.

The study found that, for example, a diet high in potatoes, a starch called bran, and some types of cereals, and low in other types of grains and sugars increased the risk of obesity by 30%.

The researchers used a different measure of the risk, called excess risk, which was calculated by dividing the number that developed obesity by the number who had never developed obesity.

They found that the ratio of excess risk to obesity was 0.8 to 1, indicating that, when it comes to excess risk in obesity, there’s a lot more going on than simply the amount of calories.

Some of the key findings: 1 in 5 Americans are obese.

2.3 million people suffer from a condition called metabolic syndrome.

About half of all Americans are currently overweight.

Nearly 3.5 million Americans have obesity and nearly half of those are considered to be overweight or obese.

The number of overweight Americans is growing, according to the CDC. 

The number of obese Americans increased by 9.5% between 2014 and 2020, from 13.7 million to 17.2 million, according the CDC report.

Diabetes and heart disease have increased dramatically, too. 

In 2016, the rate of diabetes increased by nearly 1.3% per 1,000 people, from 9.9% to 13.6%. 

According to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the number-one killer in the United States is obesity.

According to the report, one in 10 adults ages 18 to 64 had a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30.

And for the first time in history, nearly two-thirds of all cases of diabetes have been diagnosed in adults, according a CDC report released on Sunday. 

For the first six months of 2017, obesity and diabetes rates increased in the US.

The rate increased from 12.2% to 15.7% among adults ages 20 to 34 and from 13% to 14.5%, among adults 40 to 54, and from 6.5 to 8.4% among men and women 40 to 64.

More than 1 million Americans are now obese or obese-related.

The numbers are so high that the CDC predicts that obesity could reach 5 million by 2040, the highest rate of obesity in American history.

Health care providers across the country have begun to report a rise in the number and severity of obesity and related complications.

More than 30% of all U.S. healthcare providers reported a rise last year in the frequency of obesity-related complications, according an analysis of data from HealthCare.gov, a federal health insurance website that launched in October.

And the percentage increase in those complications rose from 6% to 11.4%.

In fact, as of March, over 3.7 billion Americans have gained weight, according data from health insurer Kaiser Permanente. 

But a new study from the American Heart Association and the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas, shows that obesity is not the primary cause of the problem.

Instead, the study found, obesity contributes to heart disease and diabetes. 

“Obesity is an important factor contributing to the epidemic of obesity that is occurring in the U. S. today, and the American people are paying the price,” said study co-author and cardiovascular researcher David D. Schatz, MD, of the Texas Heart Institute.

Researchers found that obesity increased the odds of a heart attack by about 40%, diabetes by about 12%, and a stroke by about 11%. 

The new study also found that people who ate a diet of low-fat dairy products and fruits and vegetables had a higher chance of having diabetes and having high blood pressure.

Experts said that the report is a good starting point for policymakers and the public to begin looking at nutrition guidelines and health policy changes.

“The report is helpful, but it’s a starting point.

We need to understand what’s happening in the marketplace, and that starts with diet, and then we need to focus on nutrition,” said Dr. Richard A. Pescatore, director of the Center for Nutrition and Food Policy Studies at New York University’s School of Medicine.
