How to get the best milk in the market

You can’t even get milk in your fridge without refrigerating it first.
Milk is not a liquid.
It is a gel that is made of two types of molecules: water and fat.
It forms when you melt milk.

You need them to hydrate the milk, so it can be stored in the refrigerator.
Milk has the same fat content as butter, which makes it easier to digest.
